SERVICE QUOTES

We do not give out blanket quotes to completely optimize a website, due to the ever-changing nature of website optimization as well as the highly personal service we offer. We always recommend a Full Site Review to assess your individual site needs. Once the review is completed, we can give you a general idea of how long certain types of services can take.

If you wish to know about how long a certain page or type of service can take, we would be happy to address those questions individually.

Payment Methods

In order to control the amount of work we take on, and to give the best service to our clients, all orders must be placed directly through us. Site reviews, website optimization hours, and other services are not available for purchase through our site. If you wish to place an order with us, please contact us to request an invoice.
  • At this time, all payments are made via Paypal. Through Paypal, you can pay via all four major credit cards, instant bank transfer, or electronic check. We never see your information, ensuring your ultimate safety and privacy.
  • We do not accept personal checks, business checks, money orders, or cashier's checks
  • If you do not have a Paypal account and do not wish to obtain one, we can set up your order on our other website to allow you to pay via Google Checkout.
Refunds

Due to the highly personal nature of our services, refunds are NOT ISSUED for work completed. If we have made a mistake, we will fix the error free of charge. Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
  • STOP WORK REQUEST: You need us to stop working on your site and have time remaining on your order. You will be refunded the amount left, according to our records.
  • OVERPAYMENT: The amount paid exceeds the time used to complete the work. We can either refund the overpayment or use it for additional services.
  • CANCELLATIONS: If you decide you do not wish to have services provided BEFORE we have begun your order, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of payment.
  • NO CONTACT: We are unable to continue work on your order because we have been unable to reach you. If three months go by with no communication on your part, we will attempt to refund the remaining amount. If the information you initially provided is no longer valid, you forfeit rights to any used monies as an administration fee.
We are not responsible for PayPal's policy of No Refunds After 60 Days. If you are entitled to a refund and your payment was made more than 60 days before, we will issue a Paypal payment for the amount owed to you, but you will be responsible for any fees assessed by Paypal. We do NOT send refund checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or cash for any reason. We CANNOT issue refunds to credit cards, since we only accept credit cards through Paypal.
